Restaurant workers are too confident in not checking for order accuracy. Today I am missing two sides of french fries.... Disappointing and will probably not order anymore because this is the second time I have items missing. The first time a wholesandwich was missing. McDonalds as a company is great and the food is great, but the work force is terrible, but it makes sensein this deteriorating society under this woke government that fools voted for. Read more

I waited 20 minutes at a drive thru this morning, and was never addressed once. This is a supposed 24-hour location. Sometimes... they're "closed", whatever. They at least have the common courtesy to tell people. This morning was the first time in my entiretime going here where no one even bothered to address us. It's not being closed, it's not even the wait, it's the utterdisrespect being shown to the customers. Have some decency, tell the people who keep you open what is going on. If there's anissue, fine, it happens. But to just ignore six cars stacking up in the drive thru and to care so little you don't say anythingfor at least 20 minutes? The morning manager should be fired for this. Totally unacceptable. Read more

This McDonald's has went downhill in the past 2 months. I used to go there two to three times a week until I was double charged... for a mobile order and got into a fight with the drive-thru girl who refuse to give me my food that I paid for twice. I stoppedgoing for almost 2 months and decided I was going to try it out again tonight. Big mistake that was The service was just as badand once again I was charged almost double for my order and told that I must take it up with the mobile app when it wasincorrectly ring in and that is why I was charged so much. Staff was very nice but it was upsetting after placing a mobile order and then being told systems were down and hanging out in... the parking lot for 35 mins just to hear that the systems weren't back up and that I had to leave and put in a support ticket. as of recently the food has always been cold or clearly under heaters way to long.. Employee at the window always says they are... closed anytime we go later into the night. Have gone at midnight, to 4am and had someone tell us they are closed moments afterpulling to the menus. This location is said to be 24/7 and even had that schedule confirmed online. So just lazy workers lie atthe window so they dont have to work? Very disappointed with this location. Very unfortunate its the only location open latefor 3rd shift workers looking for a bite on the way home. Read more

The employee at the drive-thru pretended that they had absolutely no food at all in the whole restaurant just so that they... didn't have to do any work at 2:30 am. What they also forgot to do was to turn off the microphone so i was able to listen tothem laughing and talking about how awesome it was to get paid for this. 7/23/2022 at about 10:30pm (so you can figure out which staff I?m referring too bc she would NOT give her name) Horrible... customer service from a manager! Complete attitude problem. I was given the wrong coffee. I ordered an iced caramel mocha shegave me an iced coffee. (iced caramel mocha cost more btw) When I told her that it was the wrong coffee she said couldn?t makemy coffee I ordered because the Machine was down. I then said ok I will take a refund. To which she snotty replied ?you gottacall the app people I can?t do nothing for you.? I asked for the GMs information which she refused to give. Said SHE wasthe manager. If that?s true, I?d be surprised by her behavior and attitude towards a customer. Nothing but RUDE! All bc she wasmad I came back to get the right drink because I was given the wrong one?!?
