Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having... an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store's phone and let thecustomer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes itwould be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job. Read more

First time I went here, I had to leave because I had my 4 year old daughter with me and she didn't need to hear the vulgar music... blasting over the sound system. Next visit I also had to leave due to an extremely strong chemical smell inside. There will notbe a third time. Read more

I like subway sometimes cause it's a fairly decent lunch more healthy than fast food the vegetables are better for you and when... they have coupons it's a decent deal too Read more

Just had the most horrible experience at the Subway on Pearl Road in Parma Heights. I was berated and screamed at by the owner... because I returned 3 sandwiches that I ordered thru the online app. Somehow the app added toppings to the sandwiches I did notwant without my knowledge. I've used the app before so I really do not feel I selected them in error. In any event, uponreturning the food, the owner immediately started screaming at me and my daughter refusing to remake the food or issuing arefund. In his tyraid he said, "You try working 10 hour days every day" - and said remarks to imply I did not work or know whathard work was.. His berating and screaming went beyond a person just having a bad day. In the end, he issued the refund on mycard. Yet it was an awful experience - just awful!!! Read more

As soon as I took my first steps into this establishment an unpleasant odor tickled my nostrils sending a chilling sensation to... the deep depths of my feet. As a wave of nausea clouded my vision leading to me contemplating my life choices. My fatefuldecision arose. When I asked for turkey I received something ghastly. A warm soggy moist hunk of meat dripping with yellow juicewas placed on to my buns. I watched in horror as the juices soaked in the bread completely soiling it. As I took a big breathe Isunk my teeth into this abomination. As the solid brick of meat slid down my throat I leaned back in my chair and reached outwith my hand. I screamed for help but all that came out was warm half chewed chunks of meat. As I ran to the bathroom, meatjuice running down my chin, I was met with an out of order sign on the bathroom. Stumbling out into the fresh air. I collapsedon the pavement moans escaping my mouth. Needless to say, I will never be returning. Read more

Just got a tuna for me and meatball sandwiched for the kids...not sure why 1 of the kids threw up may or may not be related to... the sandwich but my tuna was disgusting..first off there was hardly and "tuna' on it..it was basically tough stale bread withlots of lettuce some hard to bite banana peppers and mayo...the bread was so chewy it hurt your teeth....wasnt like this lasttime i was there over a year ago...and i wont be back..PS here's a picture of the other half of my sandwich which i hope thecats will eat.....lets play "find the tuna" Read more

I ordered from here through uber eats because I'm at home alone with my 9 month old and my husband took my car to work. The lady... forgot the two orange juices that I paid extra for and her response was: "You can come and pick them up." Obviously if that waspossible I would've picked the entire order up. She said she couldn't refund the juice without refunding the entire order but itsounds like that means I should've gotten my order for free! that was a mistake on their part and I should've been compensated.But oh well, lesson learned.
