A note to management. Please hire more enthusiastic individuals to represent your location. The young man preparing sandwiches... today, seemed beyond unhappy! He barely even communicated with the customers. He wore his hoodie and barely made eye contact. Hedid the bare minimum to accomplish the task at hand. Toaster IS working!! We are rejoicing in a cafeteria booth at the local Parowan Subway. Kids seem to be happy with the food.... Service was nice, although they were cutting onions in the back and I suddenly started crying at the register and immediatelyassumed I was having an emotional crisis but that was not the case. This Subway was the perfect stop and I am one step closer toperfecting my Subway order. 5 stars. Read more

DON?T EAT HERE!!!!!!!!! FOOD POISONING!!! My family and I ate here and got terrible food poisoning! Maybe it came from the food... or the employee cleanliness, whatever it was, I will definitely never eat here again! We are in parowan pretty frequently, andthis was our first and last time eating here! Bring your own food from home or the grocery store, because this was a sicknessthat you don?t ever want to get!! I have been critical of this subway in the past, but more recently they have been doing an excellent job. The food is fresher,... the baking has been more on point, the people making the sandwiches are doing a great job, I have given this place a 1 starreview in the past, but it's not fair with the improvements. Thanks for putting up with us truck drivers and being there for uswhen we need a good lunch, sometimes the best part of our day is just a meal. I appreciate everything you guys do, and awesomejob holding everything down even with the "pandemic." Good job and thanks again! Read more

My... husband and I are driving from St. George to Salt Lake City today and stopped in Parowan to get a Subway sandwich and to ourdelight we were greeted by young man by the name of Preston.
