Ordered and paid for a #3, double bacon cheeseburger, received a single cheeseburger with no bacon. Also had no napkins or... ketchup in the bag after specifically asking for ketchup. I usually love Sonic but this was really disappointing Read more

Waited in the drive thru over 20 minutes while I was the only vehicle in line. Was notified it was cash only and the ice cream... machine was down. While at the window after paying, we were told that would be a bit due to them having to drop more food inthe cookers. It appears that they were already done cleaning the equipment with all food put away 1.5 hours beforeclosing. This is not the first time of dealing with really slow service for your drive through. You guys are unreal. Forgot half of my order, 2 Super Sonic Dbls and a Corn Dog- the excessively large bags for the rest of the... order were quite deceptive so it seemed like everything was there. After arriving back at home I realized half of my family wasmissing their dinner so I went back and let them know the issue. After the nonexistent apology and 20min wait for the remainderI somehow figured they must?ve gotten it right the second try but? fool me twice! Still missing a corn dog. Yes, we alreadysubmitted a customer support ticket, as I see all of your review responses suggest. However, instead of being retroactive youshould train your team to be proactive; after a customer is obviously coming back after a while missing half of their order- asimple apology would go a long way. This was one of the weirdest/worst experiences I have had at any fast food restaurant. I ordered my food and saw the screen say... someone was on their way with my order within 5 minutes. 15 then 20 minutes goes by and no food. I press the call button to askfor an update and was told there was 'an issue' with my order. Another 10 minutes goes by before someone brings the order. Theywere missing the drink and when I pointed that out I was asked to provide the receipt, ok no big deal, which proved I wasmissing the drink I paid for. I was asked to move to another spot about 10 feet away while my drink was retrieved, ok no bigdeal, but weird. I ordered a burger, chili cheese tots, a blast, and soda. The burger was cold and made incorrectly. The totswere stale. The soda had no syrup. I threw away those 3 items thinking money down the drain. As I was driving to another placeto order food I was eating the ice cream only to get a mouthful of ONIONS. I then call to ask to talk to someone about getting arefund and was in the middle of a sentence when I was hung up on. Based on the other recent reviews, I should not be surprised. Read more

As always good chili dogs. They ran out of onion rings which might not be their fault. My biggest problem was a sanitizing... bucket and rag on the serving counter, a dirty mop next to that and the kitchen was a mess. The floor was covered with debrisand the counter tops were messy. The manager was there but seemed to be busy playing with the young kids. And ladt but not leastloud music was beinh played which was sort of obnoxious. Sorry, Sonic, we love Sonic but this store needs some work. Triedagain tonight, ordered two Grilled cheese burgers on line and was promised buy one, get one free for online orders. We werecharged for two. Order was a mess and STILL no onion rings. The top was not secured on the chocolate shake and when we put it inthe car drink holder it made a serious mess. Waited in the drive through line for 30 mins only to have the order not correct. Seriously???? Ordered the new sour patch... slushie float and it has no soft serve in it!! On top of it the employees want to act like they are bothered by you ordering.Smh Read more
