In town for the night and ordered $80+ worth of food, including individual slices of pizza. Someone from the restaurant called... immediately with the nastiest attitude to tell me he doesn?t have any of the slices we ordered. Fine, I understand, it?s aSunday night & you don?t pre-make all the pizzas you might on Fridays or Saturdays. That?s fine, I?ve worked in restaurants, Icompletely understood. I asked for a minute please so I could ask my family what pie they would like instead, and all I was metwith was the rudest attitude telling me that I ?better figure out what want because can?t make anything that ordered?. Also absolutely no mention of a refund for the price difference, so I guess I?ll be taking that up with my bank later.I almost wanted to cancel my entire order because of this man?s attitude, which persisted even after I very kindly said ?Iunderstand this is not your fault & I still want to give you my business?. Very turned off by extremely poor customer service. Idon?t know who was on the phone, but you should definitely consider finding someone else to speak to your customers. As for thefood, we had only one special request - to please cut the sub into thirds instead of halves. This apparently could not beaccommodated. The pizza that person over the phone made suuuuch a huge deal over having to make fresh because he didn?t have ANYpre made pies to pull slices from? Barely room temperature?.our hotel is 7 minutes from the restaurant. Also, no silverware ornapkins or anything when you are delivering to a hotel?? When the order has 2 salads?? Come on?.. Food was fine, but all aroundnot a pleasant experience, unfortunately. Read more

The food is pretty good and the restaurant looks nice inside, but the waiter I had was not very attentive. He also charged me... just for a refill of diet soda and Italian bread ???? I don't think I should have been charged even though I paid for it. Read more

Good variety of food. Offers something for everyone: from those who want pizza/pasta to looking for a quick burger/wrap/panini... to those who want a salad/fish. Good size portions. So bring an appetite or a bag for leftovers. Tables are clean and spaciousfor a couple to group wanting to catch up. Beverage options range from water, soda to tea/coffee/cappuccino. Capital YUMMY. Ifin the area; give it a try. For take out or dine in -- your stomach will thank you. Read more

Not impressed. I ordered two pizzas - the first two items on the menu. Neither one of them was great. I ate most of a slice and... half of another. There was a whole sliced onion on the pizza and very few of the other toppings. The pepperoni was too spicy formy child to eat so he didn't. Won't be ordering from here again. Read more

I stopped in for takeout to grab some lunch today and I?m glad I did! I ordered a slice of the Grandma?s pizza and a side order... of meatballs and sauce. The pizza crust was crispy and the mozzarella and sauce were outstanding. Fresh basil and a dollop ofmore savory sauce made this slice a winner. Grandma?s is my favorite type of pizza and Annabella?s didn?t disappoint one bit.The meatballs here are out of this world. They are huge and so flavorful. The sauce, albeit a tad sweeter of a variety than I?mfamiliar, was delightful. The service was friendly and I didn?t have to wait long for the food. The establishment inside is notyour run-of-the-mill pizzeria. There are actual chandeliers hung for lighting, and the backdrop seems Tuscan-inspired, completewith classic statues standing within carved archways. The restaurant seems to attract a family-friendly crowd. Lastly, thisrestaurant is BYOB...very nice! They also cater. I?ll be back to try something new soon. First impressions? Nothing butpositive. Keep up the great work and incredible cooking! Read more
