They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff... is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. horrible morning service! this place used to be great but now has fallen off the cliff. I ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich. got... coffees wrong and never got a sandwich. walked out of store out of frustration as employees argued over who forgot what andnever even attempted to correct the situation. I have been going here for years are the employees are very friendly. I saw someone give this place a 3 star review because they... had indoor seating blocked off due to COVID. That is just ridiculous, we all have to go through this pandemic and just do yourpart so it ends quicker instead of blaming the businesses. Read more
They will mess up your order even if there are 4 people in the store. Asked for vanilla spice latte and they gave me regular... latte with french vanilla. Due to some reason they don?t like to use much sugar in lattes even after asking for it. Read more
