They have recently been under new ownership, and while I've enjoyed the way it was previously ran, it is even better now! Staff... is super friendly and always greeting me with a smile. I also have to say THANK YOU for always getting my coffee just right!Some other Dunkins don't make it the same way every visit, but this one makes it correctly every single time. horrible morning service! this place used to be great but now has fallen off the cliff. I ordered 2 coffees and a sandwich. got... coffees wrong and never got a sandwich. walked out of store out of frustration as employees argued over who forgot what andnever even attempted to correct the situation. I gave them one star only because that's the lowest option. Read more
I have been going here for years are the employees are very friendly. I saw someone give this place a 3 star review because they... had indoor seating blocked off due to COVID. That is just ridiculous, we all have to go through this pandemic and just do yourpart so it ends quicker instead of blaming the businesses. Read more
They will mess up your order even if there are 4 people in the store. Asked for vanilla spice latte and they gave me regular... latte with french vanilla. Due to some reason they don?t like to use much sugar in lattes even after asking for it. Read more
I stop mostly in the mornings about 6am. The people there are SO NICE and they know exactly what I want and how to make it for... me. When I purchase a muffin, its fresh and fluffy. My coffee never tastes old or burned. I appreciate the great service andthe genuinely pleasant demeanor, even at 6AM! Read more
The service is prompt. They're very friendly people. The selection of food, though, has changed. I don't really like a lot of... sweet things, but, went for one of their sandwiches: chicken, tuna, smoked sausage, and had my large coffee with a less sweetdessert...but, after they removed those from the menu, I don't eat there anymore. They were really tasty & good for us who hadshort breaks. Read more
Unfortunately it is always a miss when we order lattes here. It is just not as yummy as the usual DD latte. Staff is nice but... they don't make good coffee. Donuts are great. And they put SO much ice when I order it iced. Most likely will not be comingback for coffee :( Read more
