I came into on Wednesday and the girl working was amazing. She was working in the back and when i came through a guy peeked his... head out and said soemthing to the girl and the girl came running out I was lookign to buy something simple and this girl wasextremely knowledgable and made sure whoever i was getting it for would be happy. Thank You because of her i was able to winback the women I love. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She is outstanding! Truly disappointed and unsatisfactory service. I made a business order to surprise my wife at work. First the delivery never... made it to the site on time which, was only 14 mins away. The business closed and never arrived. It was sitting at the store forwho knows what. Second issue was that they made the wrong platter instead of the correct one. Suppose to be a heart but it wassomething else. Wife had to pick it up herself and ruin the surprise. Read more
Yesterday was Valentine's day. My husband ordered an edible arrangement online for me a week in advance. Needless to say, it... never arrived. Apparently the driver didn't know there is a 5pm cut off when delivering to a business? That sounds like a loadof BS to me. Read more

This place was terrible. I spent almost 200 dollars to get this gift 2 blocks and they could not get it there within 4 hours.... This used to be my favorite go to place for gifts however I'll never go to this store nor this company again. Nothing likegetting a gift of cut up fresh fruit that is over a day old. So Disappointed!
