Working late in NYC over the weekend and staying in Parsippany, I was getting back pretty late on nights folks want to either go... home or go out. On both occasions, I was getting to IHOP within 30 to 45 minutes of closing. Both times, I was greeted, seated,and served just as well as if it was the middle of the day. At no time did I feel rushed or a bother as they prepped forclosing. My meals came out quickly and were picture perfect. The staff were all very professional, attentive, and got me fedbefore I had to dash to the hotel to recuperate for the next days adventures. Stopped here Enroute to rafting in Delaware river. After a long time went to an IHOP. The service was quick as always and... breakfast was decent. We ordered the usuals, omelette, french toast, pancakes and coffee. Bang on what you expect from anIHOP. Fuelled us up for a day of activity in Delaware river. Read more
This is like a Saturday ritual at this point where I take the wife kid and sometimes Grandma to this place for a good breakfast.... I could make pancakes myself at home but I don't want to make dishes and go through the effort when I have so many other thingsto do. Home Depot in ShopRite are next door so you can get your housework thing bought and groceries all in the same trip. Read more

We frequent this IHOP location due to the amazing customer service and the great food. Consistent great food. Our waitress... Yanori A was great and always on top of our every need. The restaurant was clean from the outside, inside and the bathrooms. Themanager Edgar always greeds the guest and is always making sure the restaurant is impeccable. I love IHOP. Over the past year, the service has been horrible. We went this past Wednesday. My wife asked the waitress if she... knew what was covered under the $6.00 special and she snapped back it's there can't you see it. From what we recalled, therewere 4 selections now its down to 2. My wife asked what does the burger come with and she said it's a burger, you can add cheeseand beacon to it. The wife selected a diner instead and the order was still not right. We go to the Parsippany location, perhapsit's time to look for another. Read more

Went to this location this morning and although the food was great, I felt like we were rushed to leave. Our food was taken and... check was brought to us before we even finished eating.
