I've never understood why places offer a vegetarian option but still use meat machines to slice cheese, the staff use the same... meat gloves to touch all the veggies and bread, and you use the same knife to cut all sandwiches. How are you catering tovegetarian people?! Read more

Ordered a roast beef sandwich on Saturday had a hair in the sandwich ???? I called they said we?ll make call to get it made over... I was told they refunded me checked my account today I was charged for the sandwich ???? horrible customer service. Read more

Ordered in the afternoon yesterday and got violent ill. It was the first and only thing I ate. I thought the chicken was just... overcooked at first but no, it was old. Overall an amazing place with really nice staff. The problem is the people they allow to "pitch" outside of their restaurant.... It's usually a guy called Jonathan Lewis and Nick that are outside, begging people to donate to the "nature conservancy". Whatthey don't tell people is that most of that money goes to them, and not the actual charity. It's called a multi level marketingcompany. They work for a place called Filo Associates, under the disguise of Roundabout Marketing. Their manager is calledEdward Pei. Look up devilcorp, it's pretty much what this is. They lie to people to get them to donate. I beg the owner if youread this, please don't let these people stand outside your restaurant and allow them to scam your customers.
