Don't waste your time at the drive thru. You'll only end up going inside or waiting in a spot. Every single time. If you... order through a courier service like DoorDash, you'll end up with your order canceled more often than not. Understaffed is anunderstatement. The food is usually accurate. I would not patronize this establishment because of the egregious greed and maleficence shown by the owner. Back in April, a... runaway bread cart at this location smashed into my coworker's car while she was waiting at the drive-thru. The owner, Jessica,begged to not go through her insurance, and that she would pay for it right away. Instead she has lied, dragged her feet,changed her story, and not paid for 3 months. Jessica forced her to get multiple estimates and finally agreed to one and is nowrefusing to pay it. (Incidentally, my friend was early in a high-risk pregnancy and did not need the stress and aggravation ofdriving from mechanic to mechanic. She now claims that she is going through insurance and my friend will be called at the end ofthe week, but refuses to give the insurance company name. In desperately trying to finally get her car fixed, my friend textedher today to try to get this resolved and Jessica blocked her like a petulant toddler, rather than an adult. I'm writing thisreview in hopes she will see this and resolve the situation fairly as she is completely responsible for what happened. Read more
Only ordered a cheeseburger and a drink here at the drive-thru so not a whole lot to base my review on. However I will say the... food was as expected, and the drink was cold. As well we went through the drive-through very quickly with only two cars in frontof us. Read more
Food was good. I had sausage egg and cheese McGriddles, they were really tasty. The manager seem to be the only one taking all... the orders, meaning drive-thru, online, and in person. She seemed a little agitated, but not aggressive - just overwhelmed. Shewas always polite, but question how come I didn't use the app on my smartphone. I didn't even know that was a choice. Read more
Went 7pm 16Jun22, waited 10 mins the staff completely ignored and didn?t come to take order at the counter even after calling... out. Some guy with headset kept acting busy and looking at screens for orders along with other female employees. Went toChipotle across for dinner, much friendly staff. Read more
Saw the McRib was back so I wanted a sandwich.. got this McMold instead. Gross. And the person refunding me didn't apologize and... acted like it was a complete inconvenience for her. Stick with Chic-fil-A for good quality and service. Read more
