This place speaks for itself. My wife and I went for our anniversary and they made it soecial with free champagne and free... dessert! I got a NY strip which was so tender and cooked perfectly. We are blown away. My girlfriend and I were looking forward to going to Ruth's Chris and we have only good things to say about... our time there. Tom (General Manager), Wilson (Executive Chef), and Hillary our server made sure our experience was perfect. Idon't remember the bartenders names but they were both beautiful, nice, and made amazing cocktails. If you have an anniversary,special occasion, or just want a great meal with good food go to Ruth's Chris. The hotel lobby looked very nice so a stay thereshould always be accompanied with one meal here. I will be coming if back. Read more

Well, haven't been to Ruth's Chris in some time, but I remember the days where the service was top notch and the filet would... melt in your mouth. This time, maybe six years later, it has really gone down in quality of Customer Service and the steak wasa brick <--- I ordered medium. From the start the front desk told us they had no available reservations. Ok, so we left,checked online, and booked a reservation for an hour later. From there it did not improve. Waitress had way too many tablesand you could tell she was nicer to the big tables <---- I assume she going for the bigger tips. Oh well, I still gave her 20%but it could have been much higher. The girls and I got together for a friend's birthday dinner. The reservations were for 7:30pm. When I arrived I parked in the... hotel parking lot. The restaurant is located inside the hotel. I walked in and the hostess walked me to the private room andthere was about 11 of us. Our waitress was cool, I forgot her name though. We all ordered appetizers and meals. For myself I gotthe crab cake appetizer with a side of mashed potatoes. While I waited for that I had their bread which wasn't so good. I alsotried the bbq shrimp appetizer and that was pretty good, just didn't taste like bbq. My crab cakes came out in a sizzling hotplate along with a big serving of mashed potatoes. This was more than enough for me. The crab cakes were very good and themashed potatoes were good as well. The girls enjoyed their meals. The bill was a little over $40 for me.
