Our first time here and it was great. My son has food allergies and they were very accommodating and even double checked their... ingredients to make sure my son could safely eat. First time trying Shake Shack as we have none in Canada. Ordered a Buffalo chicken burger, and a Regular burger with avacado. As... well as milkshakes on the side. The food was much better than I expected. I enjoy how you can choose your burgers to have alight pink centre or well done. The milkshakes is what you?d imagine a milkshake to be. The chicken burger had a wonderful bigpiece of chicken. All the pieces complimented each other. The only downside was the breading was okay. I really enjoyed thesimplicity of ordering using the touchpad screens. However, I noticed workers would accommodate individuals (seniors) whopreferred to face to face ordering. This place is pretty good! The employees seemed friendly. I thought it was mandatory to place an order at the self-serve tablet... kiosk but then I heard the folks working the front end tell another customer that you are able to order at the counter also. Ifyou order from the kiosk, you enter your cell number and they text you confirming your order and then again when it's ready. Iwent with the Chick 'n Shack- crispy chicken filet on a bun with lettuce, pickles and buttermilk herb mayo. It was delicious,and tasted perfectly fresh! A great thing about this chain restaurant is that they do not use any hormones or antibiotics intheir meats. The chicken is also cage free. I like supporting businesses with principles. I got a vanilla homemade custardmilkshake which was incredible! So rich and creamy! It's been since forever that I've had a milkshake!! What a treat!! This isgoing to be a restaurant that will always be packed around the peak hours, especially lunch, so I'd suggest downloading the freeapp and ordering ahead for digital pickup in the restaurant- it'll save you time and you can avoid the stress of theline/waiting for a kiosk if all are occupied. I'll be back for a burger or hot dog sometime soon. I can?t give five stars tothis place because it?s pricier than I would prefer- meaning I paid over $12 for a sandwich and a small milkshake...I believethe shakes come in one size and that size is tiny in my opinion.
