A customer claiming to be a yum corporate manager was taking pictures of employees and acting irate, making me feel... uncomfortable. I asked him what he was doing, he said mind my own business. I can only assume this person was lieing to me, butif in fact this was a manager. He should be fired. This is the guy. Read more
Ordered 2 chalupas & 1 taco this is the quantity that I got in both items. Paid $12 for this & waited over 25 min. I asked them... to remake it at the location & this is what they gave me the 2ND time around. Absolutely ridiculous. Bought a box of 12 hard shell tacos and few other things but the ENTIRE BOX of 12 hard shell are all broken. I was super careful... to take it home and for nothing since they were all broken. Clearly the employee was working too fast or not careful enough whenpacking it. Terrible!!!! (Photos are 2 different examples and there are 10 more other broken tacos!!) Read more
Absolutely awful customer service. There were nine employees behind the counter and in the kitchen, including a manager, half of... whom weren?t doing anything, other than drinking their sodas and laughing with each other (manager included). I stood at thecounter for five minutes to pickup my to-go order, which I could see sitting on the ?grab-and-go? shelves, which were (for somereason) behind the registers. Several of the employees even made eye contact with me during this time (again, manager included),and two of them even came over to get something from near the register. Not a single employee said hello or offered to help me.After five minutes, I shouted, ?Could someone just hand me my food, please??, and the manager came over, unbothered, handed memy food, and I left.
