I have been going here for about a year now, the last couple months I have been getting yogurt in the same cup as a large size... milkshake, and they charge me for a large size milke shake. Brahms is the worst place to eat in Parsons, the food is okay sometimes but you?d be lucky if they even have all your food in... the bag. The last 3 times I?ve been there they have never failed to have forgotten at least one item, And to top it all off thegirl at the window tried to steal $5 from me. Read more
Great food and great service! We went through the drive thru and got order quickly and accurately.
First time at a Braum's. Ordered the breakfast sandwich; English muffin, egg, ham and cheese. As far as breakfast sandwiches go;... very good. Better than McD. Tastes fresh, like if I made it. Also ordered a pumpkin shake. Made with real ice cream, but theyoung woman who made it had zero idea of it contains any real pumpkin. Found some cool food gifts in their market, and thecashier was friendly. The other staff I encountered seemed less than thrilled to be there. I'd recommend the food. Pumpkin shakeis okay. They lied about the price of product, they treat their employees poorly, directly heard from current employees. I had excellent... qualifications to work there, the hiring manager was hateful to make me NOT want to compete with her. The one in independenceis much better managed and cleaner. The staff were totally disorganized. They did not work together, and lacked efficiency. Apparently, the staff lacked training.... They had no idea how to do the work, take orders, or even knowledge of what they offered or what was in various containers. Just trying to get someone to wait on us was difficult. We waited over an hour for our order, which was messed up. I did notorder a combo, and all the sandwiches were wrong. People were served out of order. Some people had paid, but could notcontinue to wait, and left. I ordered milk. What I was served was not milk. It was beige and warm. The workers were notpracticing proper food handling. We all vomited later. It was a terrible experience. We will never return. Read more
This place was great! My daughter went weeks ago and has been going on about it since. Today she insisted we go with her. SO... glad I did..their burgers are WONDERFUL..so was their Chicken Sandwich. The fries are crinkle cut and we're prepared perfectly.Their special Braum's is yummy...and my hubby (a milkshake enthusiast) said it was the best shake he'd ever had. There are somany unique flavors of ice cream sold at the market there and lots of other great items.. Read more
Good food reasonable! Great later hours then most restraunts for traveling a plus! Very Friendly staff at Parsons,Ks.
