They just served me a large pizza cut up and stuffed into medium boxes. Seriously? And no compensation for that laziness? You... deserve a gold star for that one! I ordered 1 large specialty taco pizza and 1 medium pepperoni pizza 09/03/21. With a coupon it still came to $18. I got 2 medium... pizza boxes with 1 half of a pizza in each box!! I quit ordering pizza hut and decided to try Casey's. Very bad firstrepresentation of the company. Read more
My car overheated on a high temp day. Pulled into the parking lot and my car wouldn't restart for awhile. The ladies behind the... counter checked if they could help us several times, let me use their sink to fill a carton with water, and came out and gave usice water several times while we were waiting, asked us if we wanted to sit inside, even gave us snacks. One lady obviously hadclocked out of work and stopped to check on us even before we left. We didn't buy a thing, but they were kind and worried aboutmy kids. Good people work here. Read more

I ordered a fresh breakfast burrito from the deli area and the cook got snippy with me and made my burrito. When I got it, the... burrito was not even hot. I was in there maybe 2 minutes after she made it and walked out to my car. The burrito was doublewrapped. The Cashier was very sweet and understanding. She had a great attitude. Would have given zero stars if available. I ordered food tonight at the Parsons Casey's store and when I went in the store to... pickup my order 5 out of 5 employees were not wearing a mask. 2 people opened the lid on my pizza box to see if it was the rightorder that means 3 people breathed in it with NO MASK. I asked the clerk why do none of your employees have on masks. She said,"We were not told we have to." My reply, "The state of Kansas says you have to wear a mask." No thank you. Read more
Do not order pizza from this Casey?s, such a disappointing experience. Your issues will range from burnt cheese on the top, to... undersized larges that look like mediums, to undercooked doughy crust. I absolutely love Casey?s, it?s my favorite pizza butfrom now on we?re driving the 10 minutes to altamont. They need to get their act together here in parsons. Read more
