Service was quick and they didn't mess up my order just forgot to give me sweet and sour so that's pretty good
Worst food experience at McDonald's. Both the fries and the hamburgers were lukewarm. The weight was long at the checkout... counter with no one even acknowledging that we stood there for a while . All three employees were working packing to go ordersfor the drive-thru. The young lady who did wait on us at the checkout counter was very friendly and efficient. Read more
Worst service ever and got cold burgers service took forever and they didn't have a clue what was going on. I was didst in line... at the window and had 4 cars pull up behind me and I wish them luck cause they will need it. Was even out of sweet tea. Yeah! Read more
It is filthy. Went to get our drinks. The whole counter there smelled like hot trash. There was gnats flying everywhere. Then... went to get ketchup and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The tables were filthy. The floors were filthy. Thekids working there kept yelling about things that should not be said in the work place. Running in and out of the store. Wewon't be back. I think it is the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been too. I can't believe the health department hasn'tdone something. Read more
The people were kind but service was pretty bad. Cold food, broken machines, LONG wait times and the attendant didn?t know how... to work the computer. I felt bad for the people behind the counter though. They were trying to do the best they could withbroken, faulty equipment. This McDonalds seems to have a major management issue. It?s management?s job to provide the toolsneeded to provide good service. It seems as if the top guys are leaving their employees out to dry at this location. Read more
The workers were rude and my sandwich was definitely not good quality. The chicken and bun were burnt, the two pickles that were... on the sandwich were dry. It seemed as if the sandwich had been made earlier then reheated. The fries were also cold and thedrinks were wrong. Read more
If this is the one in parsons Kansas the girl that handed me my food was very rude! looked me up and down before giving it to... me, No have a nice day... thank you...or anything! i do not live in that town i was getting food for a family member that does,but i know we will not be getting breakfast there again, biscuits were thrown together and crumbling and not fully wrapped thesausage was laying part way in the bag, something corporate should be aware of! My family deserves good service if you dont likeyour job...find another one!, making people feel uncomfortable or even guilty when we are spending money with your facility istotally uncalled for, she was acting in a way like she was mad because she had to serve up my order. Took absolutely forever to get 2 McChickens and 2 small fries. When we did get food, it wasn't even ours and had to wait even... longer. Ordered at about 4:50 ish, didn't get food until 5:30. Read more
