Great product! Staff really rushed me through the line. The gentlemen at the desk was nice. He just seemed like he was jacked up... on some espresso. ????. The price was a bit high, but not for the quality of product. In my opinion, It's better quality thenStarbucks because of the fresh ingredients they use. They are big supporters and doners of a Foundation that stops childtrafficking. The store is drive through only. Read more

***UPDATE*** Since posting this initial review, I have visited this location 4+ times and can gladly report that all drinks... ordered with a milk alternative have been made appropriately. Thank you to the staff of our new local Scooters! As someone whois very allergic to dairy products, I am thankful you meet these accommodations! *** I love coffee and I love Scooter's.However, in the past 2 weeks, I have ordered 4 drinks with either Almond or Soy milk as I am lactose intolerant and 2 of those 4drinks were made with real milk and I wasn't able to drink them and got sick after trying 1-2 sips. I will return - because Iknow the location is new and is still in the learning phase. However, please be mindful that some of us have food allergies andabsolutely cannot afford the milk mix-up.
