It really surprises me that this location has a current 3.9 star rating. If I could give 0 stars I would. I kept giving them... another try time after time. Today was the last time. Rude, slow, and order comes out wrong every time. Read more
Tried to order online and it was down. When asked if they would honor the online app was told "we have no control of the app.".... On other occasions we have left because we waited over 5min to order. Read more
Well to start the app won't work so you drive there to order and they mess up the order, and apparently on 1/2 price hamburger... days you have to REQUEST it to be half off even though they advertise it after 5 on Tuesday... how do you forget to put thechili and cheese on a foot long chili cheese dog... and send out cold cheese sticks... Last 3 times the order has been wrong...If 0 stars was an option it would be that... SONIC IS PATHETIC IN PARSONS!!! Very Disappointing !!! Read more
