Tried to order online and it was down. When asked if they would honor the online app was told "we have no control of the app.".... On other occasions we have left because we waited over 5min to order. Read more
Well to start the app won't work so you drive there to order and they mess up the order, and apparently on 1/2 price hamburger... days you have to REQUEST it to be half off even though they advertise it after 5 on Tuesday... how do you forget to put thechili and cheese on a foot long chili cheese dog... and send out cold cheese sticks... Last 3 times the order has been wrong...If 0 stars was an option it would be that... SONIC IS PATHETIC IN PARSONS!!! Very Disappointing !!! Read more

Parsons location was a mess....my sweet tea tasted like it was old and moldy. Cheese bites were over cooked and car hop looked... like a homeless kid. Not a good experience. Read more
I was so impressed with this Sonic! We ordered a ton of food. Everything was hot, everything was accurate, it was yummy and all... condiments were in the bag... everyone was so friendly. I was a carhop for 4 years in high school and first year of college ina bigger city.. I have left only a few reviews in my entire 40 years of life. This crew today deserves a little praise!
