Last night 5/18/22 the store was closed during store hours for a meeting which lost y'all money being that I have 5 years of... management meetings should be held before or after store hours. The second review was for 10 months ago. Today 4/6/22 - For being the manager Tara sure seems upset. I don?t like the way she... yells out ingredients at the customers. It?s not appropriate or friendly. Why did I return? Three ladies were working and yetit was 15 minutes before I left with a wrap that was poorly made - the bacon was stuck together and guacamole was not spreadonto the tortilla. I was excited to see that this establishment offers delivery because I am not able to drive at the moment but even though the... Delivery Driver was GREAT...the online menu offered OJ but was called and told Subway does not carry OJ (?), I was offered asubstitute but since I don't drink sodas, I opted for a Vitamin Water. I did not expect for the bottle to have already beenopened though...no biggie, I was mostly craving a salad. My salad did not come with the right dressing...but it was poured ontothe salad instead of placing it in a ramekin, therefore, could not utilize my own dressing. I had chosen Nacho Cheese Doritosbecause the menu did not have my favorite (Cool Ranch). I was excited to see Cool Ranch Doritos because I had already thrownaway the pre-opened drink and worked through a salad with questionable (room temperature) dressing...however, I came acrossVERY stale chips, so I was not surprised when I looked inside and saw small holes in the bag...not sure if they were from"critters" or what but it wasn't worth searching the bag. Upon entering the store tonight I saw three people working on call in orders. Not one of them greeted me. They continued on... orders. Two more customers came in. Not greeted either. After about 5 min I finally asked if they greet the customers that comein and the answer I got was we have to get these done. It's like an invisible line. Ummmmm. NO! That's not how that works!First, you ALWAYS greet a customer that walks in and second, those customers that walk in get worked inbetween those call ins. Iunderstand business, and new employees but this is ridiculous and it's been this way for a while. Please, please, please trainyour employees properly! Very sanitized and organized environment. Employees are very kind. The food is properly stored and served, using state of the... art storage devices and sanitation methods by manufacturers of Subway Inc.. Acceptable prices. The food is very good, with manyoptions of what to order and put in your food. A very calm and relaxing air that is kid friendly. And no one minds if you make amess out of tour delicious meal. Ordered a meatball footlong. The food was cold, no sauce, food preparation was terrible, only 2 slices of cheese and a pinch of... peppers litterly thrown at the sandwich. Lacking total amount of meatballs that are usually on a footlong. Next time I'll begoing to the Subway at Parsons Wal-mart. Read more
