We ordered meals with large drinks thru drove thru. We got home to discover the drinks weren't at all what we ordered. It was... just the carbonated water! ???? Everything else was good tho. I recommend you check your order before you get home. Read more
This place is a JOKE!!!! I get my food tonight and my spicy chicken sandwich is hard as a rock! And I asked for 4 chicken... nuggets and only get 3! And my fries were cold and hard! My fiancé told me they were on their phones and goofying off andmanager not doing anything about it! My fiancé and his dad waited for hours to get our food! This place is terrible. I had a very rude woman working the drive through who seemed like she couldn't be bothered to take my... order. There was a malfunction on the menu screen so I did my best to order without a menu. She just no help at all. As perusual I'm asked to pull forward because I have to wait. I asked for ketchup packets to be included with my order when theybrought out my food. I got an eyeroll and a 'sure' while they waved me forward. What was I thinking? Of course no ketchup. WhenI walked in to get my missing items I head people behind the counter either having an argument or recounting an argument aboutsomebody being mean to them. So loud. I could hear them yelling/being loud all over the lobby. Far too busy being dramatic totake an order. That being said this McDonald's advertised wages are a joke so i don't even know who to be mad at here. Justkeep driving. Go to Hardee's or start a fast. Read more
