Customer service was terrible. Stingy with toppings on my Art Lover, then did not honor the “October Deal” when I got to the... register because I had a Simple Pie and that didn’t have enough toppings. What the heck? Went on Saturday, seemed pretty busy. My order was supposed to be ready 27 mins ago and walked to the counter and not even... ready. She person seemed rude or stressed, she told me " I don't know I'm just going in order " , well yeah but why put anestimated time & not even have it done even when i come in 27mins later since I know it tends to not be ready near the estimatedtime it says. Had to wait 10mins more so a total of 37 mins even after the initial estimated time. Sad. Read more
I've never dealt with such rudeness and disrespect. I walk in, there is no one other than me in line. I order a 2x which is a... half pizza and a half salad. I asked what kind of salad can I pick from, she pointed and said the list is right there. I said,ok can I do a build my own because that was one of the three choices. The lady says, "I can get my manager", I said dang thattransferred fast. The manager is talking to me as she is walking my way, so there is a lot I didn't here. The manager then says,we are so bombarded, I looked around and said, " ma'am, I'm the only person in line. And without saying anything I walked outand went to tender Greens where I was welcomed.. We stopped into Blaze Pizza in Pasadena for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Their pizza's are reasonably priced and you... can either select from a list of pizzas or build your own from 35 ingredients, as much as you want. Forgot to take pictures,but we loved it an will definitely come back. Read more

I think the pizza here is pretty good. It's kinda like a subway but for pizza, you get to customize your pizza but they also... have signature pizzas that are ready to order. I ordered two pizzas,4 drinks, and a ceasar salad, the total came to about $35.Its not expensive but I think it depends on how many toppings you put. Overall, I was satisfied with the customer service andthe restuarant looked clean and family friendly so I recommend people to come eat here. Read more
Blaze Pizza blew me away with its friendly staff and excellent pizza ingrediants. Build your own or try their signature pizzas.... Its all good! ???? I looked them up and they're in Michigan too. The food is fine, but if there's a problem with your order don't expect them to help you. We got home and found the wrong pizzas... in the boxes. 7 phone calls later, after listening to lies about how they'd "take care of it", still no result. And good luckcalling Corporate. Their phone number is hard to find and nobody picks up. Basically, nobody gives a **** at Blaze. Read more
