This is a chain Taiwanese hot soup restaurant that serves various Asian inspired flavors. It?s best to dine on a cold day since... the soup stays super hot from the burner. The portions were generous but the broth was lacking in flavor and the brown rice wasmushy. The service was fast and efficient. Read more

I want to start off expressing I really like Boiling Point and I?ve been eating it many many times. The waitress is so careless... and rude to me. Today is thanksgiving and it is really cold outside. I was trying to tell her that is is really cold. Her nameis Maria. She forced me to wait outside when there is literally nobody in there waiting. She is rude and careless to customers.I understand it is thanksgiving but you don?t need to treat me like a homeless, okay? So rude. Deserved to be fired. No customerservice at all. Read more

Glad I went there went they weren?t busy. The tables are so close together. I hate having to listen to someone else?s... conversation or talk over them. The food was tasty, although the amount of meat included was less than I expected. When it comesto hot pot, I prefer a ?build your own? option. The highlight for me were the desserts, reminiscent of my childhood. Iunderstand why people still like this place, but I prefer to go down to Alhambra or El Monte. Read more

Great place for Taiwanese hot pot. We 2 people had 1 pot, 1 appetizer and 1 shaved ice, which are very fulfilling. (Only... complaint was the ice was not well shaved.) The food is good and prices are reasonable. Read more

My go to comfort meal is boiling point hotpot??????. My favorite location by far is the BP in Pasadena because this is one of... their concept stores. @eatswithedith on Instagram for more!! The concept stores have a larger variety of flavors as theydevelop new soup flavors here. Most importantly- this location is connected to Jin Tea which is my favorite tea shop in LA???????????? ????Ordered: 1. Miso pot: this is the best one in my opinion since it has ALL of my favorite ingredients ????????(shrimp, cabbage, woodear mushroom, tofu, fish fillet). The soup is so flavorful and I just feel so happy and at home when I eatthis ???????? 2. Beef pot: This is a classic, you can neverrr go wrong with ordering this !! It includes sliced beef, Napacabbage, fish cakes, etc. Love sharing local spots that I always go to and hopefully you guys will try this location as well ~ Read more

They only had one vegetarian option and while it may look good, it's not that good. It had tofu and bean curd in it which was... good but just not impressed. It has like five types of mushrooms so if you are not a fan of mushrooms and are vegetarian, youwill not really enjoy this Read more

The beef hot soup is too good. I got medium spicy, the soup tasted so flavorful, and the meat is so tender! Highly recommended... ???????????????? Read more
