This Chipotle is clean and the staff is friendly. As the only food spot in Hastings Village shopping complex it can get busy... but the line moves quickly. I love their burrito bowls which have less carbs and their guacamole is amazing. Easy ordering intheir app and plenty of free parking available. Read more
It took them awfully long to complete my order. Mind you, I just ordered a bowl. The new employees there don't know how to... properly run a food service line. Lots of b.s. I was standing there for a good 5 minutes waiting for them to bring my food downthe line. Seems like this place has a high turnover rate. Read more

Experience was very bad. They were out of corn and lettuce and the employee's attitude was rude. She just told me: no corn no... lettuce, that's it, so what I got was just tiny bit of rice and chicken with some cheese and sour cream, about less than half ofa bowl only. No one apologized nor offered more of something else to make up. Will never go there again. Read more
The food was alright, too much rice not enough sofritos. The 3 girls behind the counter had the personality and vocal out put of... a brick. You couldn't hear them and they weren't listening. I had to interpret to an older lady behind me and tell them what shewas saying and her what they were saying(I used to be a server/ trainer in some good restaurants and know when a customer ishaving difficulties, too bad they didn't). They were exceptionally lame and I would say they need retraining but these type ofworkers are the norm nowadays, hired by types that love those dim witted, bad customer service food regurgitating types . TheyDon't care about good food or good service, just pump it out as meaningless as possible. I mean, the lady behind me asked thegirl to put some of the juice from the beans on her bowl and the girl put a tiny tiny bit in and the lady asked for some moreand the girl behind the counter got gruff. Then I thought the genius who packed my bag was putting the Sauces safely down theside of the bag and as shown from the pictures, you see she was only smart enough to put it in sideways, it obviously opened andspilled, ripped the bag and got on my car seats, in a car that, even my 4yr old hasn't spilled in. To add to that, the grilledfajita veggies tray was empty and the 2 guys behind the cook area was just standing there talking, looking out the window andeverywhere except getting the fajita veggies cooked and back in service.. I hate this store, this is like the 5th time I've beenhere and always the same, very underwhelming and never again will I eat here. It might as well be a McDonald's in a 3rd worldcountry. Read more
My burrito was gigantic and very tasty. If you load the burrito I think it can be shared. Service was good and there were people... going in all the time. The place is rather small and not super clean. Food was what you can expect from a chipotle and was good.There is only one restroom. There is an outside seating. It is pretty cheap. Read more
Horrible place to go. It is a health issue when the food is not fully cooked. They gave me a refund but food should always be... cooked properly before serving otherwise people will get sick. Read more
