Very underwhelming in comparison to what Chuck E. Cheese used to be when I was a kid. Not that many games, no playground, no... tickets, no tokens. Its all been replaced by a card. That would have been nice but they have a points and minutes system andnobody really tells you theres a difference and we were given minutes by default. Points: - More like tokens and you can takeyour time using them. - Points do roll over to future visits Minutes: - You get unlimited games for how ever much time youselect. - Minutes dont roll over to future visits. - Time starts on first tap, can be paused only once Would not reccomendminutes if you have small children that you need to help play the games but would reccomend them if you have older children.Overall, the points system most resembles tokens and is, in my opinion, the better option. I have always enjoyed bringing children to Chuck E Cheese. They have always had great games and rides for people of all ages.... Along with their activities are, of course, their food. They offer pizza, salad bar, dessert, sandwiches, chicken wings,fountain drinks and beer. Our food experience did not start off great. Our food came out cold which was surprising because theyweren't that busy. However, Ms. Claudia came out and redid our order and it was great as usual. I was only there to pick up my granddaughter. It was clean and kids happy, playing! It definitely needs to be updated soon,... paint and new machines etc. They might make more money if that happens. Read more
It was Superbowl night and our last night in LA. Kids were super bored so we took them here. Very empty, even better. Pizza was... GOOD! Manager there was very nice and helped us out when we had an issue with unable to get the fun e-cards after paying thekiosk. If we're back in the area we'd come back. Read more
This Chuck E. Cheese is cleaner than the one in North Hollywood. The pizza was good. I didn't have the salad bar, so I can't say... if it was good. There are a couple of broken games, and out of service games. That was a bit annoying. Other than that, I didn'thate my experience at this Chuck E. Cheese. Read more
