We went to Colette after a strenuous hike at echo mountain on a Saturday afternoon. We sat on the dog friendly patio and enjoyed... a quiet brunch with a bottle of champagne and OJ to kick things off. I had the eggs Benedict and shared the strawberry goatcheese salad and fries. Wow...wow....WOW! Fabulous restaurant in Jackson hole! The executive chef has quite a talent and his combination of unique... ingredients will leave your palette guessing. Came to this place at 1 pm for brunch on Sunday. I was lucky as there was no line. Staff was very friendly. This place is small... and very cute (good for dating). They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Ordered Colette breakfast ($13), it comes withsausage patty, bacon, egg, potato, and toast. It was a good value and portion is big! It was delicious! Also, ordered pain perdu($14). It was very similar to French toast. However, it was very crispy! The taste of cinnamon was a good match of the syrup!The taste was coming through! Nice little breakfast spot where the staff is friendly and service is good. We ordered the avocado toast, pancakes and fried... chicken Benedict. The pancakes were large and fluffy while the chicken Benedict had delish spices in the batter that went wellwith the hollandaise sauce. The avocado toast was a bit on the bland side so we?ll try something else next time instead of thatdish. Overall, good experience. Read more
