This place is garbage. The staff is rude and the place is filthy. They don't wear gloves or masks while preparing the food. I... saw 1 dirty worker grab a handful of fries with her filthy witch hands, and dump them in a container, bag it up, and place it inthe to go area. The Franchise Manager, Jaime Martinez, is a Joke. Always saw this place and have been wanting to give it a try so went to the one on Colorado in Pasadena and the food was good. I... ordered the pulled pork plate and I was expecting the meat to be nice and warm but unfortunately it was more to the cold side.Other than that the potato salad was good and the barbecue beans were good. We ordered the largest variety assortment of meats and sides so we were able to sample a little bit of almost everything. The... food was good. We will go back again. Definitely a decent option if you're craving barbecue and don't have the time to do ityourself. Read more
Second time we order ribs to go and wings , they forgot to put the sauce for the ribs and the first time we got really tiny... wings but we decide to give it a second try , small wings ever smaller that a teaspoon. Really disappointed. Just order thebread is good. Read more
A souvenir cup, free soft serve, three kinds, of BBQ sauce, and a nice meat selection. Plus they have a solid draft beer... selection that includes Elysian. Came in for lunch. As I walked in the cashier grabbed a paper towel to wipe his sweaty forehead and tossed it to the trash, he... proceeded to take someone's order handled cash and took my order all while scratching his arm and head. He was pretty rudethroughout our interactions when I was asking questions. He then proceeded to serve sides. He scratched his head vigorously fora couple of seconds and then continued to serve sides. He never once washed his hand! I was disgusted and decided to cancel myorder and get a refund. The place overall looks dirty and I'll maintained. Read more
