The service was top notch...however the place where its located is filthy!!! The owner of this Dominos need to speak with the... property management company. Every time I order online it goes really quick compared to calling because I'm always placed on hold for a few minutes. Online... is quicker than calling for me. Also Excellent group of trained pizza maker's at Pasadena store on Los Robles and Woodbury. Justask anyone who makes the pizzas, because it's not just one person. It's the entire staff, including Managers. Now that's myfavorite pizza place for me and my co workers at All Star Liquor on Lincoln Avenue and Figueroa in Altadena CA. Can't believethat I gave this store a really great review, when I was told to wait outside and someone will bring it out to me. 20 minuteslater and I've got a cold pizza and cold pasta. I came to pick up my order from this location and was greeted rudely by an employee named Susan (Or so they told me, they were... hesitant to tell me) on shift around 5:00pm. She was talking to me in an exasperated tone when I walked in. She asked me "Do youhave a take out order" very aggressively. When she went to go retrieve my order, I saw my food fall on the floor. She proceededto pick it up and try to still serve it to me. This is unacceptable as that is a serious health violation as well asdisrespectful. Read more

2nd time my family orders 6 pizzas ???? in this location not enough pizza sauce in the dough , pizza burn , the toppings for... sausage and pineapple was not enough for the entire pizza and pizza was not sliced all the way inside if these people workingin this restaurant hate their job they should not work here my guess in my house dislike ???? the pizza I think little Caesarspizza is better down the street lake and orange grove they do a better job I?m so disappointed in the staff dominos pizza onLos Robles and Woodbury in Altadena ???? I originally gave this a 1 star review because the pizza was very dry. It turned out to be Brooklyn style. I had ordered a hand... tossed pizza on the website, but I did not realize that the receipt showed Brooklyn. The pizza that we received was an overdonedry thin pizza crust. It was as if we were eating cardboard. It was the worst pizza that we have ever eaten. I should havecalled them up, but to complain after seeing the pizza. We gave the very dry pizza crust to our dogs, and because they would eatanything it was just like having a dog bone treat. Note to anyone thinking of getting the pizza. Check your pizza before youleave and if you get home without checking, call them up right away. Update: I contacted corporate. They applied credit to myaccount for a free x-large 3 topping pizza. We ordered the hand tossed pizza today and I must say, it was a whole lot better.The largest size that it comes in is large. Next time, I will remember to go light on the cheese next time because it was verygreasy. I am updating my rating because of the response by corporate. Read more
