We are so fortunate as Angelenos to have access to so many varieties of delicious Mexican food, and Birria tacos with consommé... is a must try. This a food truck parked in a unassuming residential neighborhood with plenty of parking all around. We got thesample platter & the 3 amigos platter which came out to be $36+ after taxes. Inflation is real. Each platter comes with a bag ofdiced onions/cilantro, radish chips, and 2 different salsas to garnish your tacos. The consommé was and should always be thestar of the meal, and I thought it had a very good flavor with a hint of spicy and sweetness. To be honest, all the tacosutilized the same ingredients, just prepared differently. So perhaps one platter to share would have been enough, but wecouldn't help ourselves. They closed shop at 8 on a Saturday, but I think they would have more success serving as a midnightsnack. They accept card and Apple Pay. Support your local businesses when possible! Read more

Just had the mulita tacos and they were SO GOOOOOD.

This is a great food truck in Pasadena. If you've driven by this you may have noticed that they advertise a bone marrow taco. ... Well, I decided to try it today and it was delicious. It's not cheap and it's not fast, but it is fully of umami and it'stasty! After taxes it was about $11 and it came with some tender beef on two corn tortillas and a huge bone with the marrowtopped with pickled onions, white onions, and cilantro. I was intrigued by the concept and it was certainly a nice treat. I'mnot sure if I'll order it again since I'm a fan of the mainstream street tacos, but it is certainly worth trying at leastonce. The rest of their menu is focused on birra and there are no other meats on the menu. They also offer cheesedishes. I'll happily go back and start to try other dishes on their menu. This is actually a food truck located on the corner of Sierra Madre and Altadena. I ordered the queso taco and it was pretty... good. Not the best birria or consomme but it was decent and satisfied my craving. Their customer service is great and you canpay with your phone which is convenient. Read more
