The category is fast food not haute cuisine. There are items on the menu that I would eat which is more than I could say for... their competitor. Fat oil sugar starch. you are what you eat. Today, the food was great. My Sourdough Jack was on point; juicy and delicious. (***** 5 stars) Much better than the last visit.... Unfortunately, customer service sucked. Apparently they didn't hear when I ordered two (2) sourdough she combos, so when Icalled her out on it, she had a HUGE attitude. (*** 3 stars) Read more
Really surprised about food quality here! Lettuce was crisp as if fresh, and FOR ONCE they Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger didn't taste... like it was a day old.. This was a really good spot compared to they other locations!! Read more
Went to get food on 8/22/22 at 6:40pm. First off one of the workers there had her family come in two of which were coughing all... over the place. This was after my order had already been placed. 6:50pm still don?t have my food, however 4 cars have alreadygone through the drive thru. 6:53pm two bags are placed on the counter. Two workers looked absolutely confused on what to do(apparently they are new) go back and forth with the food in hand. A customer (transient) who ordered after me tell them hedoesn?t want salt on his fries. Instead of double checking what his order was they take the bags (that turned out to be mine)back and swap the fries. Come back and hand him the bags. He looks in the bags moves stuff around then says ?I didn?t orderthis? the original cashier who took my order told the employee what he orders and she still had a dumbfounded look on her face. At that point it was realized that was my food, and they had screwed up. I asked the Manager (if you even wanna call her that)for my money back, and said to her ?The employee should be reading off the order number? her response was ?well she?s new so.?What made it worse was she never apologized for the inconvenience.
