Probably won't go to this location again. Full team but very slow. The big hair guy wasn't helping the two new guys and it just... slowed their assembly line to a snails pace. Only 3/4 of my sandwich got dressing, rest was dry. ???? still love JM overalland won't shut up about them being best "Back East" style hoagie/sub. Read more
Visited after the other location on Fair Oaks ran out of bread, and we were not disappointed by the additional drive! The tall... gentleman with glasses greeted us and helped us out, everybody on staff was friendly. He made the best sandwiches and made ournight. Thank you! Read more

Sandwiches are great, but plan on waiting 20+ mins for a hot sandwich. Also, it's chaos in-store. [This] location seems... under-staffed and there is a real lack of organization when it comes to the cashier/mobile order pick-up/in-store order pick-uplines. Customers simply don't know where the line starts and ends, and there isn't a clear method for establishing a commonunderstanding of "who was [here] first". Seems like in addition to more behind-the-counter-help, they need a line monitor or areferee. Read more
