Probably The Best Thai place I have ever eaten in SGV area. Not just that they have a huge outdoor seating area with decors made... you feel like eating inside a palace, the food is big portion size with flavors not too salty nor too sweet. There's one thing Ipersonally have eating Thai food that is I LOVE the complex flavor in Thai, BUT I am also sensitive to too much salt orsweetness that most of Thai places out there. So eating Thai is kinda tricky for me, but not this place ????????I just can'tbelieve I drove down the same street for more than two years and never knew about this restaurant until now. Read more

We arrived at 7:15, and the staff clearly informed us that the restaurant closed at 8 so we needed to order quickly. They... explained that the **kitchen** shut down at 8. The outdoor patio was large and comfortable. Service was prompt and accurate. Weordered the papaya salad, mixed vegetable stir fry, green curry with tofu, and trout. The trout was served with a dressing ofmatchstick apples with vinegar, which was piquant and complemented the fish. Free off street parking. Reliable cooking. Read more

I love Saladang Garden! I love the "garden walls" tall metal cut out walls surrounding the restaurant. We chose to sit inside... because it was a bit chilly. TIP for LUNCH: Arrive early because the place fills up. We were seated immediately. The options onthe menu were a lot, breakfast, lunch or regular menus. I chose the Pad Thai from the lunch menu, but it was a bit too sweet, yet I enjoyed it. My husband ordered from the regular menu, pineapple fried rice which comes with shrimp and chicken. It's ahuge mountain portion! He took half of it home for later. Service was excellent! When I needed a refill on my Jasmine Ice Teait was filled immediately. When my husband's beer was finished he was asked if he wanted another! Parking is free on the lotbetween Saladang Garden and Saladang. Entrance is from Arroyo Parkway. Next time I am in Pasadena I will definitely to toSaladang Garden! Read more

First time I came here that must have been a decade ago and the food was great. Then the food quality was going downhill and I... have stopped coming here for awhile. I came back here a few days ago and the quality of food has improved a great deal. However, they were obviously short staffed so it took awhile to be seated and took our orders. The curry soap noodles were sogood. Everything else was tasty as well. Read more

I think everything could have been better? service and food. Initially, we went to the restaurant next to this place. But... seriously, the workers didn?t seem like they wanted our business. Once we walked in, they pretended like we were invisible?nogreeting whatsoever. So, we walked out and came to this place, which was slightly better in terms of getting us a table. But,honestly, the workers were not too friendly. The food was okay, but it didn?t wow us. And, I wouldn?t rate this place too highon cleanliness either. Read more

The outdoor patio area is one of the best in Pasadena. Food and service is great. The menu is pretty diverse too. Would... definitely recommend the calamari and sweet sticky rice with coconut ice cream! Read more
