Poorly managed Starbucks branch. They accept online orders during Covid and then are unwilling to provide the beverage requested... when you get there. They still charged us for the coffee though. The baristas were incredibly unprofessional and disrespectfulas they were unwilling to talk with me about the situation or provide a solution. Read more

In spite of our current situations, the team at Starbucks off Lake was spectacular as usual. Whilst the feeling was quite eerie... walking in with no chatter of customers and no chairs and tables, the team was working hard to serve those who still wereneeding coffee and working too. I applaud Kathy who was my barista today. A customer took my drink on accident after she hadjust made it and i could tell she was trying hard to stay cool and calm. I?ve worked in food and retail all my life, and thefact that you didn?t have a meltdown yet, I applaud you. Lol. For all the customers who didn?t say ?thank you? while I wasthere, I apologize on the behalf of them. We appreciate you so much. I wish I had a million dollars, maybe your CEO will see.Who knows? I always walk here and I am not sure of their parking. The store is clean, efficient with inventory and decent amount of sitting... spaces on a good weather day. On a bad one you will be lucky to grab a spot inside. Customer service is good. The workers don?tstand around and take care of little things that need attention. Never too crazy with lines either. I only give 4 stars fortheir hours. It seems hard to catch them open late. Maybe I?m too spoiled with stores that stay open till 10pm in WeHo but itwould be a good idea here too.
