They close in the middle of the day and the staff disappear. But they open again in an hour or so. Random schedule and very... disorganized! Always short in staff! The worst drinks EVER. My hot chocolate has NO MILK AT ALL, Service WAS TERRIBLE. No greeting, no Aknowledgment. I really... don't recommend to go there, if you want to drink Starbucks. I believe they don't relate to Starbucks, whether the quality, services, or even the products. They don't even deserve the 1 star. Read more
Starbucks needs to stop allowing the Ralph store ones or target ones popping up. Might switch to coffee bean on this alone.... Third one found on maps that was on store. Read more

All I did was ask for a puppy mocha, I didn't know they don't have any. Staff couldn't hold the sarcasm and cynicism.
Took long for a greet, longer for eye contact. So, not terribly friendly at first. My iced Americano had very little ice, my... cream was forgotten. My traveler's carafe of coffee did take the quoted 20 minutes, and was complete and delivered in a friendlymanner. Read more
