I come here a couple times a month because the fish tacos are sooooo good! Seriously, they are crisp and delicious, with purple... cabbage, pico de gallo, and chipotle sauce. My dad is a huge fan of the nachos, and my mom loves the asada tacos. It's a greatlittle place with charming decor, indoor and outdoor seating, and it's not a chain. Really hope this place sticks around theneighborhood for a good long time, I love having such good food within walking distance. Read more

I have only been twice once for lunch & once for breakfast. The burrito was ok for the price. They made a mistake on my... breakfast burrito, which they promised to give me credit in the future as both were to go. They should expand menu to includesome liquados, bianicos, cafecitos etc. as weather gets cooler. Just a thought!???????????????????????? Read more
The food here is absolutely wonderful and made with love and care. I've been here multiple times, and each time everything is... delicious with an attention to detail and freshness. Mexican cuisine is my favorite type of food, and among the countlessMexican restaurants I've been to around the world, Tacos Poncitlan really stands out. Finally got the opportunity to check this place out the other day and was really glad I did very cute space. I think it was... recently remodeled and the tacos were absolutely amazing Different from other taco spots. I would say the best parts of thesewere the tortillas and the meat. I actually was in a huge fan of the salsas to be honest, but the tacos were extremely flavorfuland great without them Adobada and pastor were my two favorite, but all the flavors overall work great Read more
Great food, great atmosphere, great prices! This place is terrific and we are looking forward to our next visit. We were so... excited to try Tacos Poncitlan at its new location here in Pasadena. This restaurant has been in business since 1994 so weexpected it would be good. WRONG! It was GREAT! We ordered the carne asada, grilled fish, and veggie taco for a quick lightlunch. All were tasty and satisfying, especially when you consider the low price. The handmade corn tortillas stood out, as didthe smoky red sauce on the fish taco. After just one visit I can safely say that this place will be our go-to neighborhood spotfor super tasty inexpensive tacos. So, do yourself a favor and give this place a try soon. Read more
