Worst experience. The employee who helped us could care less. We got 4 - 2 scoops of ice-cream in a cup. It was more like one... scoop each. She even told my daughter to pick a different flavor because that one was too hard to get out. After we had our icecream, she said they had no spoons! Terrible experience. Ordered off door dash. They had no menu items, were out of multiple items, and seemed confused on what even they had available.... Absolutely ridiculous. YOURE AN ICE CREAM SHOP! Save your money and don?t get the zombie unicorn cake. The one we got today was pretty terrible and embarrassing.

I walked in there today with my son wanting to get a sundae. #1 it was gross, dirty gross. Behind the ice cream on the counters... Banana peels everywhere, counters filled with trash as if no one knew how to use a trash can. #2 We stood there for 5 minutes, 3young lady?s behind the counter and not 1 stopped to ask what we needed nor did they say they would be right with us. Icompletely understand being short staffed cause I run a retail business. I?m very patient and would?ve waited as long as neededto be helped but no one seemed interested in that.
