I ordered the steak sandwich and the italian sandwich. I opened the sandwiches and was shocked. The steak sandwich had a few... slivers of very thin meat and packed to the brim with condiments. The Italian sandwich was more sad than the steak. I had 2pieces of very thinly sliced salami. I couldn't taste the meat in either one. Order at your own risk! I agree with others, things have really gone downhill. Some of it may be brand-wide (like the chicken that is now small pieces... of mostly breading hiding under cheese and toppings, and cheesy maranara dip that is less cheese and pretty runny). However, Itoo have had a pizza made incorrectly for a delivery order, and the person would not give me a refund. They put a credit intothe computer that I could not access online, so I had to return in person to order and get the pizza paid for. Ridiculous. Guess I need to go someplace else. Read more
I ordered a sandwich, and omg, a long string of hair in my sandwich in my mouth and omg i vomited in disbelief and the worst... part i called the store and the person who claimed to be the manager, asked me what's up? As if she was talking to one if herbuddies on the streets. This is so unprofessional and and just sickening. As much as i love pizza BYE im not ordering from themagain. I like that the location is close. The staff for the most part are friendly. I don't enjoy how expensive it is and the errors... that they make with your order. I now only do carry out to avoid the delivery fees. I check my order while I'm there too. I donot like the garlic butter on the crust and it always gets added. If you like to gamble this is the place for you. It may take 30 minutes or over 90 minutes to get your food delivered and that?s... if you remind them about your order. Oh and don?t worry if your food has been sitting there for over 45 minutes they will stillsend it out cold just to make sure you really enjoy it. If you?re not picking your order up Do Not Use This Place. I have had aconstant battle with the manager about their delivery service. We have had a difficult time speaking to someone to escalate ourconcerns as they will never let you speak to the manager or DM without giving your trouble to begin with. We have reached out tocorporate with no response as well. Tonight our food sat waiting to be delivered for 45 minutes and there was no communicationto the delay. I had to call and request for the food to be remade as this has happened many times in the past and it arrivescold and nothing is done to correct it going forward. When I arrived to pick up my pizza I saw the man making mine and other orders with no mask, no gloves and the girl working... didn?t seem to care, she told him to put his mask on and he had a attitude about it. She then answered a phone call and went tomake pizzas without washing her hands, or wearing gloves. Use to order from here once or twice a week but it's really gone downhill. The last 2 orders were screwed up and this time the... delivery said 60 to 70 minutes but at the 2 hour mark it was still being put in the oven.
