I went into the store at 2:45 PM.There was 2or 3 people behind the counter. They all look like they were all working the... drive-through. At least was greeted but I was standing at the register waiting to place my order... I could see they were busy with maybe 2 or 3 cars but I wanted to place an order too and the same girl kept coming over to me and saying she'd be rightwith me. After the 3rd time, I had seen and heard enough. I've worked in food industry as a store manager, customers comefirst...regardless if theyre in drive-through or inside the store. Leave your carrying on, joking around for down time, notwith customers waiting. Where was the store manager ? Umm ? I am never going in that store again. Worst DD ever. They gave me the wrong order on purposes for the sake of making a sale. Employees are rude and disrespectful.... Will never go there? I?ll go to the one on glen Burnie instead because they are amazing! Read more
I like the fact they had the sugar coated jelly doughnut here better then the powder coated jelly doughnut at the other location... and jelly munchkins and cornbread munchkins and to think all I went in for was to use the bathroom and get a sweet tea Read more

This Dunkin Donuts is absolutely the worst location around. They are always out of stock, staff is rude / unprofessional, and... they don?t care about their customers. I placed a Mobile Order for Walk In and waited over 10 mins for just an Iced Coffee. Iattempted to get an employees attention because majority of them were standing around doing absolutely nothing and every singleone of them ignored me. I said ?excuse me? three times and not a single employee, who may I note noticed I had been standingthere, took the time to approach me. Eventually, another customer walked over and immediately was asked if they needed anything,an employee assisted them right away, and then when I tried to speak up and mention I have been waiting 10 mins, the employeeturned their back on me. Eventually, that same employee approached me and said ?Can I help you with something?? like I haven?tbeen standing here for 10 mins. I told them I had placed a Mobile Order and my name and they walked away without saying a word.My coffee hasn?t even been made yet at this point, because they were out of Oatmilk. Although, no one bothered to acknowledge myorder until I asked. If i wouldn?t of said anything I have no idea how long I could of had to wait right? I ended up walking outwithout my coffee order. This is also not my first time having an issue with a mobile order, but nothing has been this awful ofcustomer service..I will never go to this Dunkin Donuts again. Read more

Went through the drive through, lady at the counter (Sonia) had a nasty attitude from the beginning. After handing us (the... WRONG) drinks and food we asked a question and she didn?t make eye contact nor answer our question. Will not be coming back,awful service & was given the wrong order. Go to a different Dunkin.
