Manager is unprofessional. An order was placed using my grubhub and number. When I called to cancel he tried to manipulate & say... that this needs to be solved with them. I already called them before I called the restaurant. WHY would I place an order inMaryland when I'm from Texas. Instead of manipulating go educate yourself & learn how to apologize when you're in the wrong. Read more

A "seafood" restaurant that doesn't know what seared ahi is. The fish tacos are advertised on the in-house menu (which is... different than the on-line menu, by-the-way) with your choice of grilled mahi-mahi or seared ahi. I asked for the seared ahi. Igot bite-sized pieces of very dry, white fish that tasted blackened (blackened mahi-mahi is the choice on the online menu). Itold the server that I thought "seared" was a bit rare and red inside, she told me that when she put-in the order, it didn't askfor a doneness. But... ummm... it's advertised as SEARED. Google "seared ahi," you can clearly see that it is a dark red fishthat is cooked on the outside and rare on the inside. The server asked if I wanted them to re-do it, but I don't like sendingfood back, you never know what the cooks or servers might do to it. And at that point, I questioned if I wanted a rare tuna fromthem. What I got wasn't bad-tasting, it had good flavor, but whatever fish I got was overcooked. I just didn't get what wasadvertised and it seemed like they didn't even know how to cook what is on their own menu. I've been pretty disappointed withFifer's the last few times we've been there. Their menu has changed and so has the quality of their food. Used to be good...pre-pandemic. The seafood pizza they used to have was delicious and one of my faves there. But that's no longer an item. I'verecently also had the shrimp salad that they rave about made into a wrap. Mine was bland and watery with way too much mayo. Icouldn't finish it, it tasted so bad, I even tried dressing it up with extra Old Bay. There is barely any seafood on the menuanymore for them to call themselves a "seafood" restaurant. Read more

Great little hidden place?. Our bartender Jenna was awesome her upbeat personality was refreshing, she was on point with... everything something Fifers has been missing. The other guy working with her not so much way to up tight and questioningeverything made things very uncomfortable. If it wasn?t for Jenna would not consider coming back. The guy working with her wasthe only reason for 4 stars. Read more

Kind of confusing as to which door you should go through. Although all the doors lead into the establishment you just need to... figure which section you want. From just going in there one time it looks like you can get food and alcohol beverages to go aswell as eat in with an adult beverage. Was not made to feel welcomed and the communication towards customers seem to be notimportant. Read more

Disappointed. Crab balls are tiny and mostly filler with a touch of meat. Third year in a row of ordering a catering tray of... crab balls. They were packaged and on time, but they used to be twice this size with crab meat sticking out. This year, pricesare high $123, for 50 crab balls, but expected that with crab prices. I get crab meat's 40 a lb, but I doubt there's 1/2 poundof crab across this whole order. They look land taste more like hushpuppies than crab. Read more
