We decided to try Friendly's for dinner for the first time on 9/25/2022. The front-end staff was amazing, sadly I forgot the... name of our waitress. The food was decent with the exception of what my fiance ordered. There was a bit of an issue with it,which the manager fixed for us without an issue which was greatly appreciated. Updating to amazing & friendly staff as always! We had a busy weekend & the full stuff kept it rolling, organized & smiling as... always! ???? I am a delivery Driver for Grub Hub & DDash. I've had 5 orders tonight. The ENTIRE STAFF has been wonderful & veryuplifting. Not many places are welcoming to delivery drivers. The staff is AWESOME! Kudos to them! Read more
I have Always loved Friendly's, especially their ice cream ?? But today the service wasn't at their best. We went on my... husband's birthday for dinner. The food was great! I had the All American Cheese Burger but today they forgot the cheese andmayonnaise, the tomato and lettuce was thin and soggy. The shake was amazing and the employees were very friendly. Hopefully onmy next trip they will be back up to par, must have just been an off day????. Read more

Friendlys is fine; there are no major complaints from me. The food isn't anything special in my opinion. I purchased the... upgraded loaded fries and basically received the equilivent of a dab of cheese and teaspoon of bacon bits lol. Can't say it evenadded much to the flavor and I regret paying for the "upgrade". The food didn't stand out much at all, the equivalent of a steakand shake. The ice cream on the other hand stood out from the rest of the meal. It appears this is something people bring up asbeing the highlight, and I agree. Lots of selections flavor wise, so you shouldn't have any issues finding something you like.The Halloween themed ice cream was a fun treat and night out. Read more
Our waitress Olivia was very sweet and attentive to our big group tonight! The staff in general are very nice at the Lakeshore... Friendly's. The food was good too. I would have like more chicken in my Crispy chicken salad, but was good, and only reason I'mgiving 4 stars. Read more
Had a great time reliving my girls childhoods at this friendlys. I was suprised that the sundaes have gotten smaller and the... prices are high. We had a good server especially for Friendlys . ( we will not even go in to our local friendlys due to poorservice) Read more
Very good sandwich melt at a very reasonable price. Service was good too. Atmosphere in need of a renovation though.
