Very limited staff which makes the time there not enjoyable. Had to wait almost 45 minutes for one breakfast entree and coffee.... Sausages were frozen inside, bacon was burned beyond recognition and coffee was warm not hot; added the half and half and it gotcolder. Not going back here. Drive a couple miles down the road and go to Glen Burnie location. 100% better Read more
Went for curbside pickup supposed to be done at 11:06 am. By 11:23 am, after checking in and trying to call them to let them... know, which their phone line doesn't work which is posted outside and online and on the app to call. I went in to get our food.I was worried it still wouldn't be hot which she assured me it was since it JUST got done she told me. I got it and left. 5minutes later we get home and the food is cold and had to be reheated and we had already tipped since it was an online order,but at that point I wouldn't have. This isn't the only time this has happened whether it be delivery, pick up or curbside and atthis point it's infuriating when you pay for hot food and given an ETA and it not being ready until 20 minutes after the fact. I will be 100% transparent, I have not actually eaten at this Ihop. I simply wish to share my experience with this staff- My... dog escaped from a nearby vet?s office and was able to travel a few miles (by way of major highway?s/roadway) Two of theemployees risked walking into traffic to save my dog from harm's way. They then contacted me that they had my dog- then gave himshelter, water, and their kindness until I was able to get there. To me, my wife and my family- are grade-A human beings. Read more
I asked for a little extra gravy. The charged me $2.50. I asked for a little extra salsa. They charged me $2.50. Food was... lukewarm at best and not very flavorful. Definitely will not go back unless it's a free meal or gift card. Read more
Pretty sad service. We walked in with another couple behind us. The entire restaurant had maybe 2 tables seated and the staff... was in the kitchen messing around. We waited about 5 minutes, the couple behind us decided to leave, and somebody yelled fromsomewhere ?be right with you?..waited another minute and decided to leave to go to First Watch instead. Service almost non-existent waited at door ten mins and only when another couple came in did we see a hostess. She never... instructed us to follower and ran off like a bat out of hell. Waited over 10 min with no one coming to seat us. I had to call the store, and tell them we had been waiting. The sorry excuse... of a "manager" comes over grabs menus and walkes away. We sit down and over 8 minutes had passed with no one coming to the tablefor drink orders or anything. We decided to walk out, upon confronting the "manger" she had absolutely nothing to say andcontinued to sweep the floor. I have never had such terrible service in my life. Read more
