This was a typical McDonald's experience. I rarely ever go to a McDonald's and this experience underscores the reasons why. ... You had to order at a kiosk which was which was clumsy and non intuitive to me. The food was fair at best and the service notreally any better. But this is what I come to expect from McDonald's. Great McDonald's nice staff but I'm writing because I incident I witnessed. While eating something happened and water was... spilling into dining area (alot of water) . A man who looked to be the manager and a man who appeared to be his boss . Looked atthe water dumbfounded. Then approached a employee who was on break or off. She then ran around getting things to fix thesituation while both men set and did nothing.. these men should have physically helped clean the mess get supplies or what everwas needed . Read more

The food was okay, my fries were burnt and it did take for absolutely ever to finally get our food. but besides that everyone... was very... odd? They acted like we weren't supposed to be dining in or something. Two workers kept staring at me and my friendand you could just tell they were talking about us? now I'm not sure if they thought it was weird my friend was Muslim orsomething else? But we got a very uncomfortable vibe and made us feel like we were aliens or something. we just went there froma road trip to stop and eat lunch but instead we got burnt fries and were just uncomfortable. neither one of us appreciated it. For the second time in a week I?ve received a completely wrong order but what?s frustrating with this particular experience is I... knew I would and tried to rectify it at every turn. Tried to correct the man taking my order in drive through, tried to verifymy order with the payment window, tried to make sure everything was good at the pick up window. One of the burgers for my #7didn?t even have a patty! Ordered the exact same way as the other. I double and triple checked that my toddlers meal had theapple slices, confirmed at all three stations? but no apple slices. Last time I got a cheeseburger instead of the nugget happymeal i ordered. Very frustrating experience and it wasn?t even busy at the time I was the only car in the drive through untilthe payment window. Read more
I had the most fantastic McDonalds experience ever today! I learned how to use the McDonalds app, and let me tell you, you can... really get some GOOD bargains! Today the helpful lady behind the counter was able to assist me in narrowing down which dealwould be best for me. I was able to get two McChickens and a 10 Piece Nuggets for only $3.71! Read more
