I love this McDonald's, the morning crew is the best ! They always are friendly and make my coffee's perfect !
Everytime i come here there is a problem and most of the staff is rude.I was charged 22.62 for 3 cookies and a coke and had to... wait for manager to put back on my card which took 4 days,that was 2 weeks ago.My experience today was I ordered a happy mealand asked for honey mustard and the lady working rudely said it should be in the bag if I asked for it,I said I didnt and shehanded me sauce like it was the worse thing ever,i get home and saw it was hot mustard and the happy meal had no fries?..I willstart driving the extra 2 miles to go to another McDonalds Read more
Ordered an iced coffee in app to bring to the table. Waited and waited and nothing, finally got up and got it, asked why it... wasn?t brought to table. Girl standing doing nothing at the time, says ?we?re short staffed, ,called you, and you have to pickit up?. Told her app provided that option, but she says ?app isn?t always right?. The drive thru line moved fast and my order was correct, what more can you ask for
Two stars since the food hasn't made us sick. The drive thru is always a hot mess. You typically get the wrong food and always... cold. Today was extra entertaining yet depressing. Our experience was a mixture of a circus and peaceful protest. The firstwindow had 3 staff members stating they haven't had a break and hate the place. Apparently their scheduler "has another thingcoming" and everyone is quiting. The second window had 5 staff running in circles and yelling at each other. We were given thewrong food so handed it back, explained what we got and were met with a confused look. Tried to hand us the wrong drink 4 timesdespite one staff member trying to correct the other. Eventually received undercooked fries, fries just tossed in bag upsidedown, same wrong drink that was already discussed 4 times, and i think cheeseburgers. Honestly, not sure what it was but met ournasty fastfood fix. This location has a lot of upset employees and zero concen for organization/food prep. Looks like we will bedriving 15 mins to another McDonald's for our next fastfood fix. Anyone else notice that Dena fastfood places suck?! Read more
Food is good and service is good at this location. I've been to this McDonald's many times for drive thru and dining in. All... times the service was good, and for the most part you get your food quick. Around lunch time the drive thru can get prettypacked, but they keep the customers flowing through fast. It can get a little tight going around to the drive thru entrance lanewhile others are trying to exit after pickup in up at the window...be careful. Read more
