6 months ago I went to this panera and asked for bacon soft egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel. The eggs were hard and there was... no bacon. When I returned the manager wanted to throw bacon on the sandwiches instead of making two new sandwiches. He was angrythat I asked for two new sandwiches. Today I went to get that same order and again no bacon and the eggs were hard. My wife callthe manager (same one) and he said he would provide her new sandwiches but then referred her to another manager. To avoid thetemper of that manager I'm not going back. I'd rather drive 14 minutes to the Panera in Glen Burnie. Read more
Stopped here while traveling to grab a quick bite. At 5:20pm on a Saturday, we were told they weren't making anymore salads.... They don't close until 9pm. Very disappointing Read more
Would be 5 star but when i deliver there food I'm met with aditude and know one puts the delivery products on shelf spot like... there suppose to they play, o someone could take it.. yeah and be timely like online shop pickup should be.. it's not lets justrethink its do what is posted in job description not bad management decisions from past employment... There are better Paneras and there are worse Paneras. I think this one suffers mostly from bad location and a dated building.... You can tell the inside is older than others and it really shows. Staff tends to do a good job, though I would be wary whenordering Delivery. I had my Delivery order sat on their shelf for over an hour and a half, during which I had called and askedif it had been picked up, to which I was told it had. As my order never came, I missed my lunch break for work and ended uphaving to ask for a refund and go to the store myself to reorder at the end of my shift. Upon getting there I heard them say thename of my delivery order. Apparently, it had been sitting there the whole time. Read more

Love visiting Panera and tried some new yummy choices today - Autumn squash soup and BBQ Chicken sandwich. I highly recommend... both! Can?t wait till my next visit! Read more
Ordered the pick 2. The sesame Asian salad (without chicken)was delicious and a large portion. The dressing was light and... refreshing. The Mediterranean sandwich was good. A little skimpy because I ordered without feta. I Wish I had ask for extrahummus. Everyone was social distancing and employees were wearing mask. The place was spotless and constantly being cleaned. Didn't get the order correct and didn't know this till I got home. The sandwiches were sloppy and the filling was falling off... the bread, what filling there was. The bread was toasted till it was too hard to eat. Ordered cream of chicken and rice andreceived broccoli cheddar which no one in the house eats. Tried calling and they don't answer the phone. Panera used to havegood sandwiches but not any more and their prices are too high for the quality of the food. Last time I'll be eating there. Read more
