Remember the days when you could order a pizza, you payed the store for reasonable delivery fee, and the pizza arrived hot on... your doorstep? Good times.... I was going to order from this location to try the new items I saw advertised online but learnedthat this location does not offer delivery. They only deliver through food apps that charge $10.00-20.00 in all sorts of fees -unacceptable. I will never support this location unless they offer their own delivery. Read more

I ordered a Detroit-style meaty deluxe pizza. Whenever I arrived home, I noticed that the pizza was literally just the dough,... cheese and sausage. No bacon, no pepperoni, NOT EVEN SAUCE. Ok, someone wasn't paying attention while making this simpleorder. Whenever I called the store, I informed the employee of my issue and asked if a new pizza could be made and delivered tomy house (I live about 1.5 miles from the store so I thought this was realistic) and the employee stated "sure, if you pay fordelivery". Um no? I've already been to your store once and am not visiting the store again because of your mistake. At thispoint, I asked to speak to a manager for a refund and whenever the gentleman answered, I explained the situation and wasstrongly pushed towards receiving a store credit instead of a refund. Absolutely not, I gave the store the opportunity to makethis right and was told I had to PAY FOR DELIVERY AFTER THE STORE MESSED UP. After all of this, I don't want to think aboutvisiting the store again with my fancy store credit. I, again, requested a simple refund. The man stumbled over his words,asked me to hold on, and HUNG UP ON ME. Whenever I called back, he apologized because he wasn't sure how to work the phonesystem and that he couldn't give me a refund because he WASN'T THE MANAGER. The "actual" manager had left the store to do abank run. He notified me that he would have the manager process the refund whenever they got back. It's now been almost a fullday since this situation occurred, I have not received a refund of my order. I have not received a phone call from the GeneralManager. I gave the store an option to make this right (by recovering for their mistake by delivering me a correct orderwhenever I live 1.5 miles away) and the store refused and persisted to disappoint me with their lack of service. I willabsolutely NEVER order from this Pizza Hut or any other location ever again. You've lost a lifelong customer. Read more

I come from Laurel where the Pizza Hut pizza is AWFUL. This location actually made me like Pizza Hut again. The breadsticks were... delicious and so was the stuffed crust pizza I ordered. Delicious. Pizza was made on time. Literally no complaints. Read more
Usually our pizza will be overloaded with sauce to the point where I have to scrape some off to make it tolerable to eat but my... last two pizzas were so overcooked the sauce was dry and the pizza was like a rock. I'm only giving two stars cause I think thepizza tastes good, but that's not your doing, that's the company itself that sends you the ingredients. Waited 1.5 hours (90 minutes) for a pizza and wings. Called three times and was told: you are next for delivery. I live close... to the location. When the food arrives, the pizza was cold but the wings were good and hot. Perhaps, it was an off day. Read more
