Ordered a salad pizza and a soda doorDash driver drops my food off and it?s only a pizza and a soda and she says that?s all they... gave her you?ll have to call the restaurant have a nice day. so I called the restaurant and I just placed a $25 order I only gottwo things he proceeds to say oh yeah we don?t carry salads anymore and I?m the only one here and I just forgot to take it offthe menu. I asked why I wasn?t notified that they didn?t have the item so I could maybe order something else or change my orderor cancel it or get refunded, he also forgot so if I didn?t call I would?ve still been charged for the salad because he alsoforgot to call me I don?t think I forgot is a good enough excuse for your your customers. TRUST THE REVIEWS! Terrible location, order from somewhere else. Worst Pizza Hut in the county, possibly in the whole state.... Had bad experiences in the past with undercooked items, long delivery/pickup times, just a terrible product from this locationso I hadn?t ordered from here in 6 months. Last night I decided to take a chance since I had got home late and ordered delivery.As I should have expected, nothing has changed. Undercooked pizza and cheese sticks, the top of the box was pressed onto thepizza smashing the pan pizza down but due to it being undercooked, no toppings came off just a half smashed pizza and a greasyinside top of the box. Paid an additional $2.49 for extra pepperoni, the pizza had about 12 slices of pepperoni total. Iactually don?t think I?ve ever received extra toppings when I paid for it, must be an owners decision not to give extra toppingsto customers who pay for them. Also wanted to add the delivery driver arrived with 2 other people in her vehicle which was oddto me when she was handed my order by the unknown person in the back seat of her car. I have never seen a full car arrive todeliver a pizza and cheese sticks but maybe she was also doing Uber pickups on the way which is why it took an hour to arrive?All in all 3 bites of a slice of pizza and 1 bite of a cheese stick was all I needed before I threw the entire order in thetrash where it belonged. Will be doing a charge back on my credit card since it?s impossible to receive a refund from thisplace. 6 years ago this place was amazing, great customer service, great food but ever since Covid hit, this location hasbecome the best in 2 categories, #1 in worst customer service and #1 in worst food quality. Will never order from this locationagain, if you really want Pizza Hut try the other locations in Pasadena and GB. Better yet order from a local pizza jointinstead of this garbage, I sure wish I did. Last month was my first time ordering from this Pizza Hut establishment and I have to say that upon seeing so many negative... reviews, I was very iffy about ordering from them. But because I was really craving some Pizza Hut pizza while being at work inthis particular area, it isn't like I had much of a choice, especially if I wanted to satisfy my pizza craving. So, with thatsaid, I placed my order, which included a Spicy Lover's or Meat Lover's pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks. Honestlyspeaking, I was pretty anxious to see how my order would taste. especially because, again, I read the many negative reviews. Tomy pleasant surprise, the staff that assisted me were polite, friendly, and courteous, which was such a relief. Upon tasting myfood, I definitely thought everything was good. My only issue, which is the reason for the 4-star rating, was that there was abit too much cheese on my pizza. In my order, I had requested for my pizza to include light cheese. So, with that said, Icouldn't really enjoy my pizza as I really wanted to. However, it was still enjoyable as opposed to unbearable. In conclusion isthe big million-dollar question: would I ever go back to this establishment again if I were in this area? Yes, absolutely. Andto everyone considering this particular establishment for pizza but are hesitant because of the reviews: please check out theestablishment for yourself. I was thoroughly underwhelmed by the food and service I received from this Pizza Hut location. My food was running about 30-40... mins late so I called the restaurant to check on the status of my delivery. The woman who answered the phone made an excuse forthe lateness while not apologizing or offering anything for the inconvenience. When the food arrived it was almost cold. Iordered 6 wings with my pizza and one was shriveled and over cooked. Not sure why they thought this was ok to send out to acustomer. When I make a decision to have a cheat meal I hope for a good eating experience. They did not give me what I waslooking for. I will never use this location again. Poor customer service is why larger food chains are losing their competitiveedge over smaller mom and pop restaurants. Don?t waste your time, money, or calories with this location. Read more
I spend almost $60 for a hawaiian pizza and two half full pastas. I asked for xtra pineapple and ham and they didn't put it in... it. I was so dissapointed but when i called the store the manager gave some credit. Read more
I ordered from the app and the delivery took very long compared to other pizza restaurants. I ordered from another Pizza place... after this order because the pizza was just not good. The temperature was cold and the taste was not satisfying at all! PizzaHut is just not the same tasting pizza as I remember. Read more
