First off the cashier he was extremely nice. You couldn't ask for anyone nicer. But we also ordered food. The woman making the... food told us the tenders would take 10 minutes. That's no problem. But it ended up taking at least 30 minutes. I tried to getthe womans attention but she was eating behind the counter and not paying attention. Finally our food was done. We leave. We arenow late for a school function we were going to. We all open our meals and all of us had spicy chicken (2 of us can't eat spicythings due to stomach issues). The fries were spicy. And one meal the chicken was so salty and we threw out. That was a wasted$40 meal. Very frustrating. Read more

Great location without gas but they always runs out of order for many items. Make sure go early and grab your needs. Been here... many times and employees are nice and helpful. Love this location. Read more

Consistent issue with store at 4500 mountain rd 21122, and other stores in my area, NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. I spoke with... manager and was told phone is in the back room. It needs to be an employees job to answer the phone, don't you think!!!! Read more

This is a smaller rofo but best customer service. Friendly cashier's, cooks, and managers. The guy at the register who i thinks... name is Melvin is the best employee during evenings. Tht guy is always cleaning up, running the registers, and maintaining Theself serve coffee bar and surrounding areas. The guys a worker! Thanks for keeping the coffee ? fresh for everyone Melvin! Did not have chicken. Prioritized UberEats orders over that of in-store customers. The manager did not want to give customers... access to the restroom. I am not speaking on behalf of all employees, the gentleman who helped me was nice. However, I can?t saythe same about the manager, she was terrible. Read more

Had a bad experience at one store but I have to say this store is being managed. Jackie was great! So attentive, acknowledgment... means everything and that is what they do. They were actually working and there were only 2. Great job! I am only coming here. Iwill drive a couple extra miles. Thank you!! Read more

Clearly mismanaged. You'd think that during lunch hours they'd have their "world famous" chicken ready, but NOT! I find it... amazing that they wouldn't have their biggest seller ready for prime time lunch time. I mean, how hard is it to drop a basket ofchicken when supply dwindles? Nope, let's wait til its 100% gone THEN drop a basket and tell your customers it's a 25 minutewait. Make complete sense to have it ready AFTER lunch rush is over. Read more
