I actually prefer this Starbucks over the other ones I have been to. Don't have to sit in a line for 5-10 minutes when I can... already be on my way with my order. The hot beverages are always great and they don't taste like cough medicine the way someStarbucks make it. The frappe's are on point as well. The hot foods is good, staff is friendly and professional. My onlyconcern, and it's not the teams' fault, is that there are times where they may be out of stock with an ingredient from time totime. The last two days I have went up to the counter and the guy stood with his back towards me the whole time. After standing and... waiting for him to turn around I tried to get his attention by saying excuse me really loud but he would not even turn around.He was acting like he was doing something but he wasn?t because I walked around the side to see what he was doing. I think youneed to hire someone that wants to work or you will be loosing a lot of money if he does this to everyone. So was thinking 5th time would be the charm after 4 failed attempts to make a simple coffee drink, but at 6am friday 4/29. I... ordered the same drink I get from Dinkin for the last 6 years. I gave them 2 times to fix the drink and as the line was buildingthey offered to refund me but i was sure it would cause the people waiting to be late for work so I declined and left for thelast time.
