I only gave one star because that?s all it allows. I forgot to leave my last and final review because I?ll never go back to this... location again. After my terrible experience the first time around I was foolish enough to try again. I should have left whenthey told me they didn?t have any cups at all and we had to wait until someone finished eating just to get our drinks. We gotour food before our drinks which is insane because I waited over 45+ mins for our food and they came out COLD. Ironically enoughthe waitress finally comes by and asks how our meal was and I told her how awful it was. She blamed it on being busy but Icalled her out on spending all her time at one table laughing instead of keeping it professional. She never tried to make itright. She said ?you should have told me? I saw her ONE time throughout the entire time I was seated. Ended up getting sick tomy stomach before I even left the restaurant and walk into their disgusting bathroom and got hit on the head because they havetheir toilet paper handing on the back of the door. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I?ve ever visited. Never again. Read more
Waiters were rude, picking and choosing which tables to attend with better service. Trash and napkins are thrown everywhere on... the floor. Food was barely warm. Would not recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings to anyone unless you?re eating/drinking at the bar. Read more
Food was good as always. I had the naked tenders, with vegetables, an iced tea, and their new legendary long Island. The... waitress said she was brewing iced tea but never brought it to my table. I never got the extra side of vegetables. I wasn'tcharged but the waitress never mentioned them again. Overall food was good and service was mediocre at best. Read more
We usually go here on Tuesdays during lunch time with the excuse of "Two for Tuesdays" and always enjoy our time there. The... staff is nice and accommodating. Read more
My wife and I went here to celebrate my birthday, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the prices were... fair. Be sure to ask about the "Vampire Slayer" wings. You won't be disappointed. Read more
The restaurant was clean and very sizeable vs other I've gone to in San Antonio. Our server was great and attentive when... checking on if we were doing well and if we needed refills. Stopped by to eat lunch it was pretty empty. I'm quite sure soon as the sun goes down a little it's game time. My food was good... and hot but prices have gone up. I guess that's just every where you go because of Pandemic. Read more
Took 20 minutes before host finally asked us how many. There were dirty tables for over 2 hours and still dirty as I'm writing... this. We never saw our waiter after we got our food so never got refills. Staff stood around laughing and talking most of thetime. We saw many people walk out because they were waiting so long to be seated. Food tasted like hockey pucks. This was soterrible...I hope all BWW aren't like this. Sticking to wingstop for now.
